**Job Overview**
We are currently seeking a part-time **Leasing Agent**to support our portfolio in Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo. The Leasing Agent works under the direction of the Property Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Generate leads through a variety of avenues and in collaboration with the Leasing team.
- Book appointments with prospect tenants and conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits of each unit.
- **Must be available to work variable hours, weekends, early evening, and/or some weekdays. This role is commission based only.**

**Skills**
- Working knowledge of real estate forums and listing platforms.
- Experience as a leasing agent is a must.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Valid Driver’s license

**Job Type**: Freelance

- Property leasing: 1 year (required)
