**Project Administrator**

RJ MacLean Inc. is a leading Canadian-based tank cleaning company, a leader in robotic tank cleaning services. We constantly strive for improvement by developing new technologies and processes. Our management team has over 100 years of combined experience in several countries, spanning four continents. We provide our customers with strong, reliable, trustworthy, and forward-thinking solutions for the cleaning of their tanks.

We have a current opening for a **Project Administrator **to assist with the administrative responsibilities of our projects.

**Main accountabilities will be**:

- Assist multiple projects with daily tasks
- Assist project manager with daily LEM
- Track invoices and field tickets from vendors and third party contractors
- Ensure that all paperwork is uploaded and stored in its proper destination
- Complete and submit project timesheets to payroll
- Work with project coordinators to issue POs to vendors
- Monitor project costs and communicate them to the project manager
- Assist with compiling any documentation that may be required by the client
- Submit LEMs to the client at their required intervals
- Work with HR and safety to ensure employees are prepared to work at their assigned site
- Work with finance to submit invoices to clients
- Assist project managers with budget forecasting

**Skills and Education**:

- Previous project administration experience is an asset
- Exceptional computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility in handling multiple diverse projects at once while meeting tight deadlines
- Must be able to communicate effectively and work well with others
- Must be able to work on project sites, and have flexible hours
