Surespan's concrete plant in Duncan BC is seeking a technically astute Project Manager with client-friendly communication skills.

Some key experience needed.
- Tender document review (from time to time)
- Purchasing and receiving materials
- Change order pricing and documentation
- Obtaining and processing of all submittals
- Document management and control
- Contracts review and correspondence.
- Sound experience in batch plant and concrete product knowledge
- Experience between 5-10 years
- Ensure accurate and timely project administration including, pricing change orders, tracking requests for quotation/information, processing of shop drawings, document control, and communication to all stakeholders;
- Work closely with Operations Manager, project team members to identify, develop, implement, and support cost-effective project delivery
- Maintain effective communications such that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
