**Summary**:
We're seeking a motivated Systems Analyst with a passion for data and automation to join our technology team. You'll work collaboratively with various departments to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance productivity and decision-making. You'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining our Power BI dashboards, creating forecasts to guide strategic planning, and rapidly prototyping new tools and processes to meet evolving business needs. **Responsibilities**:

- ** Systems Analysis**: Analyze existing systems and processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- ** Data Analysis & Visualization**: Extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. Create and maintain clear and impactful visualizations (dashboards, reports) using Power BI to communicate data findings to stakeholders.
- ** Automation & Process Improvement**: Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using scripting languages or automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency. Develop and implement recommendations for process improvements based on data and systems analysis findings.
- ** Forecasting**: Develop forecasting models to predict future trends and support strategic planning.
- ** Documentation**: Create and maintain clear documentation of systems, processes, and automation workflows.
- ** Collaboration & User Assistance**: Work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, understand pain points, and deliver effective solutions. Assist users with understanding and utilizing systems, dashboards, and automation tools.
- ** Troubleshooting & Systems Support**: Identify and resolve issues related to systems, data, and automation processes. Provide technical support to users, assist with troubleshooting, and ensure smooth operation of systems.
- ** Senior Management Support**: Provide senior management with data insights, tools, and information necessary for strategic decision-making and execution.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: 1+ years of experience in a systems-related role, demonstrating proficiency in data analysis, automation, or process improvement.
- ** Technical Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL or other data manipulation languages
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Basic understanding of automation concepts and tools
- ** Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
