Property management office looking for a rental Repairs & Maintenance manager to manage Building maintenance, tenant service calls, and capital improvement projects for a multi residential real estate portfolio on the island of Montreal.

Experience required in building renovation, maintenance, plumbing, ceramic, flooring, kitchens, interior and exterior building components and other maintenance requirements.

Knowledge of tenant and property management, a big asset

We offer a salary range between $60,000 and $75,000 per year based on experience, plus paid vehicle expenses and cellphone

GERANT DE RÉPARATIONS ET MAINTENANCE

Bureau de gestion immobilière à la recherche d'un gestionnaire de réparations et d'entretien locatif pour gérer l'entretien des bâtiments, les appels de service aux locataires et les projets d'amélioration des immeubles pour un portefeuille immobilier multi-résidentiel sur l'île de Montréal.

Expérience requise en rénovation de bâtiments, entretien, plomberie, céramique, revêtements de sol, cuisines, composantes intérieures et extérieures du bâtiment et autres exigences d'entretien.

Connaissance des locataires et de la gestion immobilière, un gros atout

Nous offrons une échelle salariale entre 60 000 $ et 75 000 $ par année selon l'expérience, plus les frais de véhicule et de téléphone cellulaire payés.
