The **Campaign Manager & Product Owner **role is highly collaborative position, with a focus on **Search Engine Marketing and Building Product Knowledge. **This role offers **opportunity for both career and skills growth **based on performance and willingness to learn. This role requires diligence, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to self-manage multiple projects and timelines. You will be working alongside a team of peers with frequent opportunities for career advancement as the team grows.

The channels that you will utilize to promote these products may include **Search Advertising, Marketplace Listing Ads, Display, Social, Video, etc...** You will be constantly experimenting to find the most effective touch points along the customer journey for your specific products, and learning how to master the various tools and platforms required to effectively reach your target audience. While this role allows for **multi-disciplinary growth**, an** intermediate to advanced proficiency with search engine marketing is the basic competency required** to get started.

This is a unique opportunity to influence the holistic customer journey in a positive way through data insights, value based targeting, PPC advertising, and experimentation. **The end result? Workers across Canada receive a higher standard of training, with fewer workplace injuries.**

**The primary competencies required to be successful in this position are as follows**:

- Meticulous attention to detail, top-notch analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Copywriting & editing
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborating with various stakeholders across cross-functional teams
- A desire to learn and master new skills and tools
- A desire to understand and provide value to your audience

**Your role will be primarily focused on the following**:
**Search Engine Marketing (40%)**:

- Performing market research (keyword research, market trends, audience data from similar products, etc...)
- Building new campaigns
- Maintaining existing campaigns (developing negative keyword lists, adjusting bid strategies, etc...)
- Working collaboratively with other SEM specialists on QA, channel strategy, and performance troubleshooting

**Experimentation **(40%)**:

- Testing new campaign types, beta programs, strategies, ad copy, creative assets, etc...
- Testing new channels, and tools to see what works for a given market segment, and what does not
- Developing personas for the various types of end-users for your products
- Working with conversion rate optimization and product development teams to test landing page iterations and product features

**Professional Development (20%)**
- Participating in Worksite Safety's training programs to gain first hand experience with product catalogue, market, and the problems that those products solve for our end-users.
- Continually improve your understanding & competency with mainstream advertising platforms & marketing strategies
- Self-guided training on new beta programs, emerging tech, etc...

**Required Qualifications**:

- 4+ years hands-on experience building & maintaining PPC campaigns with a monthly spend of at least $50,000
- 2+ years copywriting experience (ad copy)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- 4+ years experience with Google Analytics
- Active Google Ads Certifications

**Nice to have**:

- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Experience working with buyer personas
- Experience in occupational health & safety or a related field
- English/French bilingual
