Winona Vine Estates is currently hiring for the position of Banquet Cook.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook all menu items to company standards
- Follow recipe and presentation in accordance to company standards
- Assist with receiving and storage of deliveries
- Dishwashing
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
- Assisting with setting up and dismantling required equipment
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards including Food Handlers Certificate
- 2-3 years of culinary experience preferred
- Must be available to work Days, Evenings, and Weekends
- Self-directed and self-motivated individual who requires mínimal supervision

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
