Stoney Creek, Canada Lotos Bar and Pizzeria Full time

Lotos Pizzeria is a local Restaurant in Stoney Creek known for it's wood-burning pizza oven, separate Banquet Hall for private events and heated outdoor patio. We're looking for _hardworking, outgoing and enthusiastic_ individuals.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Minimum of two years experience in the food service industry is required

- Food & Handling Certification for cooks is required
- Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends & holidays
