**Summary**

We are seeking an Administrative Clerk to join our Administration Department at Banff Fire & Safety Ltd. We are seeking someone with previous book keeping experience, who can handle multiple tasks in a busy office setting while maintaining high accuracy in various administrative and accounting duties.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized records of transactions and vendor/client communications.
- Support the administration team with various clerical tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated excellence in vendor/client relations is necessary.
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures is crucial.
- Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is a must.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
