Spectrum Health Care is hiring a **Billing and Payroll Coordinator** for our **Mississauga **office.
As an **HR Coordinator**, you will be responsible for the verification and reconciliation of patient services provided by field employees in order to ensure the accuracy of billing and payroll.

**Job Description**:
- Verification of field employee’s timekeeping, follow up on missing time logs, ensure accurate attendance and verification of all scheduled visits
- Ensure field employees are paid accurately and on time adhering to strict bi-weekly payroll deadlines, assist with payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Support billing reconciliation of all government programs and private services, ensure all services provided are paid and necessary billing adjustments are processed accordingly
- Liaise with HCCSS and resolve billing rejections and suspensions adhering to strict initial billing and resubmission deadlines
- Participate in continuous billing and payroll process improvements, identifying areas of risk and opportunity within the organization and create recommendations for procedural efficiency
**Qualifications**:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary accounting courses preferred or equivalent working experience
- Adept in using a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
- Typing speed of 60 wpm is an asset
