Job DescriptionAnalyze data sets, build KPI reports, and deliver presentations to support operational and strategic decision-makingRecommend and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and maintain documentation for payroll and billing workflowsManage high-volume timekeeping data, ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll, and resolve payroll-related issues with relevant stakeholdersSet up and implement customer contracts, including system configuration and developing billing workflowsSupport audits and ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standardsAct as a key resource for cross-functional projects related to operational efficiencies and systems implementationAssist in overseeing projects and managing day-to-day team activities as requiredQualificationsDegree or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance3-5 years of demonstrated experience in data analytics and reporting, process improvement, billing and payrollHospital, health care, or public sector experience is an assetExperience with HRIS, payroll and billing/accounting systems is an assetKnowledge and ability to apply and interpret Canadian payroll legislation, Employment Standards, taxation rules and year-end reporting processes are an assetProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills ( pivot tables, intermediate to complex formula, ability to organize and interpret large data sets)Strong problem solving and critical thinking skillsAdditional InformationThis position is a current vacancySpectrum Health Care is thrilled to be named one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.
