**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Streamline Operations**:Take charge of booking, dispatching, tracking, and scheduling our fleet of vehicles, ensuring efficient and timely service for our clients.
- **Enhance Client Relations**: Assist with customer inquiries and maintain strong relationships, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
- **Ensure Quality Assurance**:Oversee the quality and performance of vehicles and chauffeurs, implementing rigorous standards to guarantee the highest level of service.
- **Adapt and Contribute**: Embrace additional duties as needed, showcasing your versatility and commitment to the team’s success.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2+ years of experience coordinating, booking, tracking, and scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree or a diploma in Operations, Business, or a related field is an asset.
- Vibrant and welcoming demeanor to deliver outstanding customer service to clients.
- Outstanding organization and time-management skills to thrive in fast-paced work environments.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for ensuring accuracy and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Resourceful problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Valid BC Driver’s License required; fluency in English is essential, and a second language is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

**NICE TO HAVE**
- Previous experience working in the transportation industry.
- Experience managing relationships with private clientele is considered an asset.
- Fluent in Spanish or French is considered a bonus.
