We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead sales within a specific territory to increase our memberships. You will be responsible for contacting potential members, assessing their needs and proposing solutions. You should have experience in sales and creating professional presentations. We are looking for high-achieving, organized individuals who want to be part of a team that is dedicated to helping others find their passion for fitness and health. We want you to have strong communication skills to understand member fitness goals and how F45 benefits achieving them and potentially becoming members. A positive attitude and passion for working with people is essential for a successful career as a sales representative. The goal is to expand membership by increasing the number of member organizations and the number of members per organization by implementing sales strategies for organizations with similar interests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Educate F45 program benefits and sell membership to prospects.
- Establishes and maintains an effective referral program/business collabs.
- Conducts telephone inquiries/follow-up calls/membership care calls.
- Help new members get acquainted with all aspects of the club (facility, staff, programs etc.).
- Responds promptly to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
- Prepare detailed reports on membership numbers, financials and perform other administrative tasks for the managing team.
- Gather relevant data on a weekly basis to analyze the performance of instructors, trainers, programs and classes.
- Create daily reports, highlighting member trends and patterns.
- Ensure that communication within the sales team is up to date.
- Serve as an example in demonstrating sales skills (e.g. communication, persuasion, presentation).
- Provide additional support to marketing (e.g. sales collateral production) and advertising teams (e.g. video production).
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Background in Fitness & Health promotions, and Fitness Sales is an asset.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory
- Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Must have strong computer and social media skills
- Loves to be part of a team and celebrate team success
- An outgoing personality is a must and a genuine passion for fitness
**Job Type**: Part-time
