We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic **Sales Coordinator** to join our team at **Blue Jay Irrigation**. We provide top-quality irrigation installation and services for commercial and residential properties. This term for this position would be March - December with paid time off in the winter. It also has the very real possibility or becoming a year-round position during your first year.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline by responding to and engaging with inbound leads, qualifying new prospects, and presenting our services to potential customers. Your role will be to provide a seamless experience for our customers and represent the Blue Jay Irrigation brand professionally.

**General Responsibilities**
- Respond to and engage with inbound leads and inquiries
- Manage leads through the online quoting tool and identify customer needs and budget
- Present Blue Jay Irrigation's installation and service options
- Categorize potential leads into commercial or residential projects
- Coordinate the installation follow-up visit with the Sales Representative
- Create customer folders and manage sales schedules
- Book sales appointments for qualified leads
- Enter leads into software and create follow-up reminders
- Ensure the fully qualified leads move through the sales process
- Educate potential customers on the value of Blue Jay Irrigation's Business Advantage
- Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas
- Attend weekly sales meetings and provide accurate customer status data
- Prepare documents required for site visits
- Provide the sales team with required documents and reports
- Follow-up on missing documentation to ensure customer files are complete

**Qualifications**:

- Customer service or sales experience required
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Passionate about customer service
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with a sales team
- Experience using computers, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple requests and time demands
- Sense of urgency for reaching goals
- Proven track record in articulating product selling points
- Positive and energetic phone presence
- High level of integrity
- Tenacious, confident, and team-oriented
- College diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-focused role

**Education**:

- Highschool diploma, some relatable college experience an asset
- 1-3 years experience in a customer facing or sales role

Work Remotely
- Hybrid

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 10 months

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
