Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Measurement and Assessment**: Accurately measure spaces to determine specifications for glass installation.
- **Installation**: Install glass shower doors, panels, and railing systems with precision and care.
- **Preparation**: Prepare work areas by ensuring safety protocols and proper materials are in place.
- **Customer Interaction**: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for design and installation.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on installed products to ensure safety and functionality.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all installations meet company standards and local building codes.
- **Troubleshooting**: Address any issues that arise during installation or maintenance, providing solutions in a timely manner.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in glass installation, construction, or a related field preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environmental conditions.
- **Tools and Equipment**: Familiarity with installation tools and safety equipment.
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Glazing: 5 years (required)
