**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented **Outside Sales Representative** to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our company—responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities in both residential and commercial markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, designers, architects, and property managers.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct on-site visits to customer locations to assess needs and provide product recommendations.
- Collaborate with the estimating and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction from sale to completion.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and competitive landscape.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of B2B or outside sales experience (glass/mirror/construction industry preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to close sales and manage customer accounts.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
