Henry's on James servers act as the main liaison for all guests who enter our doors. The servers ensure memorable and enjoyable service to guests at all times, and will engage with all guests in a positive manner, while also assisting any guest with questions or concerns to the best of their ability. To succeed in this role an upbeat attitude and willingness to always go above -and -beyond is paramount.

- **The Job**:_

We are looking for a new part-time support staff member to join our team with **open availability from Friday - Sunday** **from 4pm -12am.**

What is a support staff member you ask? You would wear a couple of hats including, host, food runner, busser, and you would be responsible for:

- Being passionate about delivering the best experience through attentive and friendly service
- Greeting all guests as they walk through the restaurant
- Managing and prioritizing the restaurant waitlist, and ensuring the front door is managed effectively
- Answering any incoming phone calls and politely answering any questions to the best of your ability
- Following all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Responsible for cleanliness and stocking of service areas throughout the shift
- Emptying trash and spot sweeps whenever floor needs it
- Performing opening and closing responsibilities in a timely and detailed manner
- Ensuring all food is properly presented prior to running it out to a guest
- Delivering food to tables and ensuring guests have all they need
- Bussing and resetting tables with a sense of urgency
- Offering assistance to guests by clearing away dishes, glassware, and refilling beverages if needed
- Contributing to a friendly & cooperative work environment by assisting all other team members as needed
- Receiving direction from Henry's on James Management team.
