FlightExec has an immediate opening for a Charter Sales Coordinator responsible for managing all incoming sales requests and providing exceptional world class customer service. If you consider yourself great at multitasking, enjoy a fast-paced environment, ability to work varying hours and accepting of changing requirements, this is the opportunity for you

JOB DUTIES:

- Manage all inbound sales inquiries in a highly professional and efficient manner
- Prepare, present and close flight quotes
- Build solid long-standing relationships with clients through trust and integrity
- Nurture client relationships through a superior level of customer attentiveness and professionalism
- When our fleet is fully booked, work to successfully book sub charters to ensure our clients needs are met
- Follow up on quotes to ensure the deal is won
- Track and understand reasons when deal is lost
- Other duties as required

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with Aviation and Aviation Software considered an asset
- Must have excellent planning, organization, communication, multitasking and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing and changing priorities.
- A team player who is able to do what it takes to get the job done and help in other areas when required
- Ability to pay attention to details and ensure high accuracy of work
- Knowledge, experience and passion for the aviation industry considered an asset
- Ability to work varying shifts to support the operation

This will be a hybrid work from home and in office position
