**What we are hiring for**:
We are currently looking for a **Scheduler** to join the Human Resources department at our Administration Building in Petrolia.

**What you will do**:

- Responsible for maintenance of staffing schedule in accordance with legislation and agency policies and procedures
- Coordinate with location managers to ensure adequate staffing levels, schedule coverage for vacations and leaves
- Assist with covering vacancies on a daily basis due to unexpected employee absences
- Utilize scheduling software to input and modify shifts, review requests and ensure accuracy with scheduling changes in preparation for payroll
- Work within the Human Resources Department, providing support to Hiring and Scheduling Manager

**What you will need**:

- 2 years' experience in administration or staff scheduling would be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, experience with scheduling software an asset
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with attention to detail
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- Documentation of COVID-19 Vaccination

**Compensation and scheduling**:

- $20.32 - $21.07 per hour
- Full-Time - 40 hours per week
- Flexible schedule - mixture of days, evenings, weekends and hybrid remote
