Account Partner for Live Events Job Description

**About the Role**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Retain and grow existing client revenue by achieving target renewal rates
- Drive client success by:

- Preparing fully for client and internal meetings
- Ensuring project success metrics are established with clients and reviewed monthly
- Proactively communicating potential challenges and opportunities with clients and management
- Circulating the NPS survey to all clients and taking action on any feedback received
- Keeping careful documentation of client interactions and deadlines
- Traveling to events when required
- Maximize the use of technology and tools to streamline and organize your work: collaboration, communication, and organization: G Suite of products (Gmail, chat, sheets, docs, slides, forms, etc), G Drive, CRM, Zoom, and Asana
- Embrace professional development and routinely review with your manager

**Minimum Requirements and Qualifications**:

- 2+ years working in a role as a customer service representative with sales responsibility or in a sales support role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, adaptable to change, and detail-oriented
- Inquisitive and curious - fearless when asking questions
- Experience with Asana is a plus
- Familiarity with the HR solutions landscape is a plus
