**Overview**

If you are already working for a driving school, we will still hire you, as you can work with multiple driving schools with us - we will work with you on scheduling that is suitable for both of us.

As a Driving Instructor, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of safe driving. Your primary responsibility will be to educate students on the rules of the road, driving techniques, and safe practices. You will work closely with individuals of varying skill levels, providing personalized instruction in both classroom settings and behind-the-wheel training. Your ability to communicate effectively and foster a supportive learning environment will be essential to your success in this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Educate students on traffic laws, safe driving practices, and vehicle operation.
- Conduct classroom sessions to provide theoretical knowledge about driving.
- Provide hands-on instruction during behind-the-wheel training sessions.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Develop lesson plans that cater to individual learning styles and needs.
- Communicate clearly with students and their guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
- Ensure that all training vehicles are maintained in a safe and operational condition.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students.
- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit various learning styles.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques is a plus.
- Commitment to promoting safety and responsible driving habits.
- Ability to pass any required background checks or certifications as mandated by local regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
