**Requirements**:

- High School graduate or equivalent
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- 1+ year experience in customer service is preferred
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with communicative English
- Able to write and type in Chinese
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft word and excel
- With eligible work permit or PR

**Working Hours**
- 4 weekdays and Sunday
- (may be adjusted according to company's needs)
- 40 hours per week

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
