**Position Overview**:
As a Retail Sales Associate at Getoutside Shoes, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and creating an inviting, informative, and enjoyable shopping experience. You will assist customers in finding the right footwear, provide expert knowledge on shoe styles and care, and contribute to the store’s overall success. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Assist customers in selecting footwear that suits their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and proper care of footwear.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Stock and replenish merchandise as needed, ensuring proper displays and product placement.
- Stay up-to-date on product trends, new arrivals, and promotions.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with team members.
- Ensure the store is compliant with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of previous retail or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Passion for footwear, fashion, and outdoor activities.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
