**Top Pay for Top Talent**: Our pay structure rewards performance and experience:

- **$18/hour**:Probationary wage (2-4 weeks depending on competency)
- **$20/hour**:Mover Level 1
- **$22.50/hour**:Mover Level 2
- **$25/hour**:Crew Chief
- **$26-$27/hour**:Senior Crew Chief

Plus, earn additional income through tips and bonuses with our MVP point system, which can equate to an additional $300-$600 a month depending on performance.

**The Job**:

- Safely load, transport, and unload customers’ belongings.
- Provide outstanding customer service with a professional and positive attitude.
- Work efficiently as part of a team, ensuring a smooth and stress-free moving experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Physically Capable**:You can lift at least 100 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- **Team Player**: You work well with others and maintain a positive attitude.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to pass a criminal record check and consent to drug screening
- No smoking or vaping on the job site

**Review Bonuses**:Earn $10 for every 5-star review without a photo and $20 for every 5-star review with a photo. Crew Chiefs earn $30 for every 5-star review with a photo.

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
