**Top Pay for Top Talent**: Our pay structure rewards performance and experience:

- **$18/hour**: Probationary wage (2-4 weeks depending on competency).
- **$20/hour**: Mover Level 1.
- **$22.50/hour**: Mover Level 2.
- **$25/hour**: Crew Chief.
- **$26-$27/hour**: Senior Crew Chief. Plus, earn additional income through tips, bonuses, and overtime pay. Tips average $2-$3/hour, combining cash tips and digital tips (tips are not guaranteed; this is just an average).

**The Job**:

- Safely load, transport, and unload customers’ belongings.
- Provide outstanding customer service with a professional and positive attitude.
- Work efficiently as part of a team, ensuring a smooth and stress-free moving experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Hardworking & Reliable**: You show up on time, work efficiently, and stay committed.
- **Customer-Focused**: You enjoy helping people and providing top-tier service.
- **Physically Capable**: You can lift at least 100 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- **Team Player**: You work well with others and maintain a positive attitude.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a criminal record check and consent to drug screening.
- No smoking or vaping on the job site.

**Review Bonuses**: Earn $10 for every 5-star review without a photo and $20 for every 5-star review with a photo. Additionally, the team member with the most reviews each month earns a $250 bonus

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
