**What You Get to Do**:

- Expertly negotiate rights-of-way and land acquisitions to support the construction and operation of Natural Gas facilities, ensuring ATCO's projects move forward smoothly.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, providing crucial input on the routing of rural main extensions and other significant projects.
- Serve as a primary liaison between ATCO and various stakeholders, including landowners, government agencies, and third parties, to facilitate project development. Manage and resolve construction-related damage claims, securing agreements that protect both ATCO and the property owners involved.

**What You Bring**:

- Grade 12 Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- A related post-secondary diploma as determined by the Alberta Land Agents Registrar is required.
- A valid Alberta Land Agent License
- Qualifies as a Commissioner for Oaths.
- A valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license (travel is required for this position.)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and provide top-notch customer service. A strategic problem solver, capable of making informed decisions under pressure, with a comprehensive understanding of government regulations and natural gas system construction.
