Reporting to the Quality Manager, perform the inspection function as trained and documented in applicable Standard and Quality Operating Procedures. Other areas of responsibility will include overseeing and involvement in rework operations and applicable documentation, training and orientation of production personnel and provision or reasonable support where requested by the Shift Supervisor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform the inspection function and testing as required by the Company’s Quality Control procedures, Manufacturing Specifications and division Standard and Quality Operating Procedures
- Performs quality assurance testing and result recording.Performs additional testing as required
- Completes quality records, reports, logs, and notes on samples, tests, production, etc.
- Coordination of and involvement in rework operations and related documentation
- Training and orientation of production personnel in defect identification. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Statistical Process Control
- Adherence to BRC-IOP standards as documented in divisional Standard and Quality Operating Procedures
- Communicates all deviations to the Shift Supervisor
- All other responsibilities defined in the Company’s Operating Procedure

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with data collection software.
- Experience with Statistical Process Control a plus
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, procedures and regulatory text
- Ability to analyze measurement and performance data
- Experience with Calipers, Pi Tapes and other measurement equipment preferred
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and written
- Previous experience with U.N. testing requirements a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
