**What you will do**
The Climbing Lead is responsible for the delivery of Ki-Wa-Y’s High Ropes program, including the Rocks and Ropes Stream. The Climbing Lead is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of Ki-Wa-Y’s challenge course areas, and for the upkeep of all related equipment. Ki-Wa-Y operates a dynamic tree course, a static course, a climbing wall, and a low ropes course. In addition to running regular programs, the Climbing Lead Instructor is responsible for the co-ordination, evaluation and scheduling of belay staff. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of safely and effectively delivering the adventure program during the summer camp season. The Climbing Lead will be supported by the full time Camp Director.
**This is a live on site role throughout the summer months.**
**What you will bring**
- Must be 18 years of age by June 30th
- Minimum qualifications of Standard First Aid and CPR-C
- Encouraged to have Level Two Challenge Course Practitioner certificate by an ACCT accredited trainer, i.e. CUI or Adventureworks Inc. or equivalent.
- Valued experience facilitating high ropes, low ropes, initiatives and teambuilding activities is necessary
