Swans Pub is seeking out applicants for a full or part time Server position for our lively downtown Pub. Swans is a fast paced, fun, social environment with a focus on the guest experience and teamwork. Applicants should have a positive attitude, be able to work within a team, communicate effectively, be coachable, and be available to work weekends and holidays.

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide a high level of guest satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly service
- To project a pleasant and positive image of our company to all guests
- Deliver and present food orders to guests in a timely manner
- To bus and re-set tables
- Maintain knowledge of all menus including specials
- To communicate effectively with supervisors and team members using appropriate etiquette
- To comply with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is an asset.
- Sincere desire to exceed guest expectations
- A passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to work well under pressure, high energy and self-motivation required.
- Ability to work without constant supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic and team oriented
- Personable and professional
- Serving It Right
- Should be able to lift 30lbs on a regular basis
- Flexible availability: including mornings, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays
