We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Assistant Manager**, with a focus on Fashion Merchandising and Styling, to join our team in charming Fort Langley

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist the Store Manager in the leadership of daily store operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Drive sales by inspiring and mentoring the team to deliver top-tier customer service.
- Take ownership of store presentation, managing stock and merchandising to create a visually stunning store environment.
- Use your styling expertise to showcase products, ensuring the team stays up to date on new arrivals and trends.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Support store leadership by training, delegating tasks, and developing the team, empowering them to take on leadership responsibilities.
- Oversee stockroom organization and assist with receiving and processing orders.
- Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and inviting, providing an exceptional shopping experience.
- Implement loss prevention strategies and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3+ years of recent fashion retail experience in an Assistant Manager, Keyholder, Team Lead, or similar role.
- Fashion Merchandising experience and a visual ability to see what needs to be done.
- Strong sales and stylist experience with an impeccable eye for fashion.
- Experience in a boutique setting is preferred.
- Ability to work well independently and take initiative.
- A natural team leader who’s upbeat and loves customer interaction
- Availability to work 34-36 hours per week, including weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
- Flexible open schedule and a passion for helping the team succeed.
