**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Responsible for the overall quality inspection that ensures the product being produced meets all requirements.
**SHIFT AVAILABLE**
Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday to Friday
**SPECIFIC DUTIES**
- Using the product drawing, the inspectors are responsible for preparing all First-off and Last off approvals for all production runs.
- Prepare any Quality and Production Recording Documents for each production order and issue to the operator.
- Perform inspections on the Press Operators to ensure that parts are being inspected and recorded properly.
- Performs monthly LPA audits.
- Maintains and calibrates all Measuring and Inspection equipment.
- Any other task given by the Quality Manager.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 2-3 years of working experience or school background in Engineering.
- Understanding of ISO/IATF 16949 Quality System knowledge.
- Knowledge of measurement systems: Vernier, Micrometer and Checking Fixture.
- Capable of reading GD&T and part drawings and preparing part layouts.
- Effective communication skills - reading, writing, verbal.
