- **Burloak Tool & Die is currently hiring an Experienced Quality Inspector **_**for our automotive parts manufacturing facility located in Burlington.**
- **As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for the following;**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Receiving Inspection, First-Off, In-Process and Final Inspection of parts and assemblies
- Train Operators in the use of measuring equipment and use of production fixtures
- Identifying and establishing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) when required for disposition
- Participate in New Launch Programs and APQP Activities
- Participate in sorting activities for new product launches
- Maintain inspection data to control and identify system deficiencies
- Measuring parts with calibrated instruments. Experience using Calipers, Micrometers, Dial Indicators & Height Gages
- Participate in internal quality system audits
- Audit Shipping and other relevant processes to ensure compliance to Quality Management System
- Experience with Controls Plans, PFMEA and PPAP Submissions preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Quality Inspector
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by the Quality/Safety Manager

**Safety Requirements: (Training and Physical Demands Analysis)**
- Must be able to sit, or stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, kneel and twist
- Exposure to dust, fumes, gases, changes in temperature and humidity
- Able to lift and carry equipment or parts
- WHMIS Training is required
- Forklift Training may be required
- Overhead Crane Training may be required
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Training is required
- Able to lift 40lbs

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
