Reporting to the Sales Director, the **Sales Representative **will develop and maintain good customer relations.

**Main functions**:

- Prospecting and developing new business opportunites. Maintain relationships with established customers.
- Plan and organize face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
- Preparing presentations, demonstrations, proposals and value propostions to a variety of customer types.
- Provide training on equipment to customers
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activiy and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Resolves customer concerns; develops solutions; makes informed recommendations to management.
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, training sessions and trade shows.
- Responsible for the complete sales process for prospecting to delivery.

**Required skills**:

- A Willingness for significant local travel, some evening travel for farther accounts
- 3-5 years of experience in sales (B2B preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites along with CRM fundamentals
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and a territory
- Proven negociation skills. Must be results oriented

**Other conditions**:

- Valid Ontrio Drivers license
- In possession of a valid Canadian passeport
