Position Overview:
As a Door-to-Door Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in their homes and neighborhoods, presenting our products/services, and closing sales—all on a commission-only basis. This role offers unlimited earning potential for driven individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction and thrive in a dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and engage potential customers door-to-door within assigned territories
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to homeowners and residents
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospects
- Accurately complete sales paperwork and follow-up with customers as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

**Qualifications**:

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required - training will be provided
- Must be comfortable working independently in the field

**Compensation**:
This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential. Compensation is based solely on commissions from sales closed.
