1) Import support - P.O. followup, Logistic coordination, QC, Shipping Document preparation

2) Accounting support - A.R., A.P., Bank reconcililation

3) General support work for various departments

4) Ad hoc tasks as assigned

**Requirement**:
Attention to details

Interpersonal & Communication skills

Responsible and Reliable

**Mandarin will be an asset

**Computer and Technology Knowledge**

MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows

**Transportation**:Own transportation, Public transportation is available

**Work Conditions** : Repetitive tasks, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Attention to detail

**Salary**: $16.75-$18.00 per hour
