**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Director in developing and implementing organizational strategies and goals.
- Manage budgeting processes, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Educate team members on policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor program performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support professional development.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Being a positive role model to staff and children.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in an educational or organizational setting minimum level 3.
- Strong budgeting skills with the ability to analyze financial reports and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate diverse audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams while fostering a positive work culture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances effectively.

Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
