**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and maintain treatment plans and estimates for patients, ensuring completion in a timely manner.
- Help with the front desk operations
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Manage incoming calls and effectively utilize phone systems to ensure smooth communication with patients and staff.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the dental office.
- Provide exceptional patient support by addressing patient inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing documents, managing patient records
- Collaborate with dental receptionists, assistants and doctors to ensure seamless operations within the office.
- Uphold a professional demeanor while interacting with patients, demonstrating strong organizational skills at all times.

**Experience**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with office administrative procedures and practices is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are required.
