Our client, The Source, is looking for an experienced Dynatrace Consultant. The resource would be looked to as an SME to be able to champion and improve blind spots and recommend monitoring solutions and best practices in Dynatrace to meet our availability and performance goals.

**Key Responsibilities and Job Duties**:

- Dynatrace configuration and tuning of custom alerting / AI problem cards.
- Monitoring of key business transactions in non-production and production environments.
- Work closely with the delivery teams to ensure that any code changes to enable monitoring / hooks are implemented to support end to end visibility.
- Configuration of Dynatrace and its instrumentation for Agent installations.

**Key Competencies and Experience**:

- 8+ years of professional experience in Information Technology with extensive experience in performing Application Performance Management, Performance Tuning, Code Profiling.
- Strong determination to learn and ability to learn fast.
- Experience installing, configuring, and monitoring Dynatrace end to end
- Dynatrace Certified Associate, Dynatrace, Online certification considered an asset but not required
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Thorough Knowledge of SDLC (Waterfall, Scaled Agile, Scrum)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Mississauga, ON L4W 5R1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
