**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining areas, and equipment.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and proper food handling practices, including allergen awareness.
- Check guest identification to ensure compliance with age requirements for alcohol consumption.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth service during busy shifts.
- Monitor inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, and report shortages to management.
- Assist with bartending duties, including mixing drinks, serving beverages, and maintaining bar standards.
- Respond to special dietary requests and provide accommodating solutions.
- Support routine maintenance checks on kitchen and dining equipment for safety and functionality.
- Participate in staff meetings or training sessions to stay informed on menu updates and safety policies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience in the food service industry, with a strong understanding of food safety and hospitality standards.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and bar operations (Serving It Right and Food Safe Level 1 certifications required).
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to contribute to a positive work environment.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Familiarity with Pub operations, including POS systems and order processing, is a plus.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm for the role, and a willingness to learn.
