North Shore Child Care Centre is looking for energetic, creative Educators to join our Before and After School Program. Educators will work a split shift (7:30-9am, 2:30-5:30, Monday-Friday).

Educators be asked to provide daily indoor/outdoor experiences and activities that allow school aged children to freely explore, theorize, and build relationships with materials, objects, and people.

Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, be highly self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, be observant, be adventurous, and be team oriented.

Educators will work in an environment that promotes inquiry-based projects, engaging in the outdoor environment, collaborative teamwork, and flexible program planning.

**Licensed ECE Educators qualify for a $6 an hour wage enhancement government increase on top of base salary.**

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
