- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen
- Create and develop innovative and delicious menu items
- Ensure that all food preparation and cooking is of high quality and meets food safety standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to plan and execute special events or themed nights
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Creativity and a passion for creating unique and delicious dishes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, management, and customers

Please note that bartending experience is not required for this position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 3 years (preferred)
