**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
- Perform color blending, clear coating, and polishing to meet industry standards.
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality and correct any imperfections.
- Maintain and clean all painting tools and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Automotive Painter or in a similar role.
- ICAR Platinum certification or equivalent (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
