**About Us**

Swamp Rider is a Canadian manufacturer of amphibious all-terrain vehicles, proudly built in Winnipeg, MB. Our machines are trusted in mining, oil & gas, utilities, construction, and search & rescue operations. We are expanding our production team and looking for a motivated **Painter’s Assistant** to support our Painting Department.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the lead painter with daily preparation and finishing tasks
- Sanding, masking, and cleaning parts before painting
- Mixing materials and preparing surfaces for coating
- Handling tools, equipment, and maintaining a clean work area
- Learning and supporting operations in the spray booth under supervision
- Following safety standards and company procedures

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an industrial or automotive environment is an asset (training provided)
- Basic knowledge of sanding, sealants, and painting tools preferred
- Comfortable working with **electric and pneumatic tools**:

- Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
- Team player with good attention to detail
