- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process customer orders and handle cash transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all food and beverage items are prepared safely.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, including baking pastries or preparing light snacks.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere and encourage repeat business.
- Prepare food such as sandwich, bowl, wraps, etc

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with cashiering and POS systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
- A passion for coffee and beverages, along with a willingness to learn about different brewing techniques.
