**Job Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and providing outstanding customer service. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages according to standard recipes.
- Prepare Sandwich and bowls
- Operate the POS system for order processing and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle food preparation tasks, including baking pastries and preparing light snacks as needed.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient order processing.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices is beneficial.
- A genuine passion for coffee and willingness to learn about various brewing methods and beverage recipes.
