**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Banquet Servers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests during a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.

**Duties**
- Set up and break down banquet tables and chairs.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalized service.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all food and beverage service standards.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience as a Banquet Server or in a related role preferred.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
