**What you’ll do**

**Position title: SAP iXp Intern - CX Technical Operations Management**

**Location: Montreal, QC**

**Expected start date: May 2025**

For Technical Operations Management (TOM) unit in Customer Experience Line of Business, we are searching for a working student who can focus on but not limited to customer service and can dedicate the time to work up to 40 hours/week.
- Tasks as working student in TOM team include:_
- Support in case handling for CX Customers.
- Support in analyzing customers landscape in line with compliance standards including presentation to the customers.
- Analyze processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help to streamline internal administration and communication via optimization and automation processes.
- Develop and demonstrate written and verbal communication skills maintaining internal documentation.
- Support in organizing and hosting meetings including preparation of meeting material, planning team building events or workshops.
- Work with TOM colleagues and gain insights into the operations.
- Work with colleagues from other departments from all over the world in terms of communication and knowledge creation.

**What you bring**

- Preferred fields of study: Project Management / Business Administration / Business Informatics / Telecommunications / Information Technology
- Computer skills: Office 365 (especially Teams, Sharepoint, Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Language skills: fluent in English
- Communication management or project management experience, with knowledge about the latest IT trends in general.
- Soft skills: Team player, open-minded, detail-oriented, communicative, self-driven, reliable.
- Nice-to-have knowledge about cloud infrastructure.
- Be able to come to the office location (Gliwice) at least twice a week.
