**JOB SUMMARY**

The Infrastructure Administrator position is an IT operation, hands-on, technical role. The key responsibilities include managing and operating IT infrastructure such as network devices, servers, printers, storage, cloud services, telecom equipment, and monitoring systems. Along with managing our IT Infrastructure this role also acts as our Tier 2 support team for Service Desk

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Work on multiple infrastructure projects at the same time
- Lead projects from setup to configure to deployment
- Deliver documentation and share knowledge per project
- IT Operations Management and Support
- Manage IT services and support incidents, service requests, changes, problems, and assets related to our infrastructure
- Resolve tickets escalated from Tier one support team
- Be responsible for backups and restoration of data
- Maintain, review, and update documentation
- Vendor escalation of setup and support of IT Infrastructure
- Tier 2 On-Call rotation

**REQUIREMENTS & KNOWLEDGE**
- Technical or community college diploma in computer science, information technology or network related, Minimum Cisco CCNA certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role preferred
- ** Advanced knowledge for**: Windows Server OS, Windows Desktop OS, Cisco IOS, Active Directory (AD), MS Exchange, LAN/WAN/VLANS, Wi-i, Azure, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Certificates, VPN, Voice and telephony, O365
- ** Intermediate level of knowledge for**:IT Security, Alert and event monitoring, MacOS
- ** Following knowledge is not mandat**ory but a plus**:AWS Cloud, Linux
- ** Advanced knowledge and skills for**:

- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently
- Time management skills and ability to juggle priority projects and tickets
- Ability to update documents with details as needed for tickets, projects, knowledge articles
- Ability to collaborate with others
- Willingness to take on new challenging assignments
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new technology directions and standards
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions

- Ability to work with partners and vendors and consultants
