**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify and resolve issues
- Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Respond promptly to clients' requests for repairs and maintenance
- Install and repair fixtures, furniture, and equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
