The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a motivated and results-oriented **Part-Time** **Delivery Coordinator **for our **Kamloops Ford Lincoln** dealership**.**

In the position of **Delivery Coordinator **reporting to the **General Sales Manager**, you will be responsible for being a personal connection for our customers to learn about the benefits, services, and vehicles we offer, whether they’re shopping or already an owner.
- **You will be accountable for**_**:

- Understanding the features and benefits of all vehicles that are available for purchase while being able to effectively communicate this information to our customers.
- Knowing in-depth and consistent product knowledge.
- Coordinating and completing a full product presentation with guests of their new vehicle.
- Being an expert in explaining and presenting vehicle technology.
- Reviewing the operation of the vehicle and highlighting key features and benefits to our customers.
- Reviewing the owner’s manual with our clients.
- Assisting our sales team in ensuring excellent customer service for our clients.
- Other related duties as needed.
- **To be successful in this role, you must have**:_
- Your High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- A Valid Driver’s license with a clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Strong customer service skills.
- The ability to work both in a team environment and on your own.
- Availability of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am-5pm with the possibility of switching to Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday.
